Discipline

1. ACAS reserves the right to warn, suspend, restrict privileges, or expel students who interrupt the learning environment or harass other students or fail to comply with the rules and regulations.
   
2. ACAS shall have the right to make judgments on behavior and practices that are not anticipated in the rules and regulations.
