Austudy, Abstudy and Youth Allowance

Full-time students can get Austudy, Abstudy for programs, or Youth Allowance.

Check with Centrelink regarding the requirements.

Ask the staff person enrolling you about current arrangements, because ACAS only keeps Centrelink registration for programs that have Centre-link allowance students in them.

As a student, you will need to deal with Centrelink. The Centrelink Institution Code for ACAS is:

When you deal with Centrelink for Centrelink payments, you should quote this code. It will enable your Centrelink Officer to get quicker access to the details of your course.
