If you're not sure and would like some advice, your questions are very welcome. Information needs vary from course to course and from student to student, but you can ask for any program information, for example:

• What programs are about and their purposes.
• Information on options and extra credit

You can also ask for:

• course prerequisites
• course and unit outcomes
• core and elective units
• information on options and extra credit
• outlay of time and effort to satisfactorily complete courses, including timeframe

We will be better able to answer your questions if you are specific, and if you also tell us:

• Your name
• Your city (and your country, if not presently in Australia)
• Name of your organization (if applicable)
• Email address (if using post)
• What you need to learn or the issue you'd like to research
• Why it is important
• Your experience relevant what you'd like to learn or research
• Title of your highest qualification
