General Requirements

Applicants must:

1. hold the qualification (or its equivalent) that is specified as pre-requisite for the program for which they are applying. (Equivalency may be obtained through credit for previous experience.)
2. fill in the required form,
3. provide the names and addresses of two responsible persons (e.g. Team Leaders, pastors, academic staff, supervisors, etc.) to act as referees,
4. agree that references shall be kept confidential from the student,
5. agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Centre,
6. agree not to take on other degree-level studies while studying with the Centre unless permission to do so is granted, [Why?]
7. pay any enrolment fees, which shall be non-refundable,
8. declare that the information provided in the application is true and correct,
9. accept the financial arrangements as explained,
10. agree that the Centre will have unrestricted license to reproduce any written work submitted, subject to the student's oral approval.

Please inform the Centre as early as possible if you are applying for a research program and  your research will require confidentiality in assessment and circulation.

The application will be reviewed by the Centre and you will be admitted to the program if you have met all applicable requirements.

The Centre must be able to independently verify your identity and pertinent qualifications and reserves the rights to check your referees, and to request references on its own initiative. 

Students who have not been accepted may appeal in writing.

¹The purpose of this is to discourage students taking on study loads that are too heavy to allow satisfactory completion. However, the Centre may allow other studies in some cases, for example, when both programs are part-time, or to provide students the opportunity to obtain transferable credit for another course for which they are enrolled.
